  1. Have you ever considered writing an ebook or guest authoring on other
websites? I have a blog centered on the same subjects you discuss and would really like to
have you share some stories/information. I know my visitors would
value your work. If you are even remotely interested, feel free to shoot
    me an e-mail.

  2. First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question
that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find
out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
I’ve had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thank you!

  3. sorry but diet wise is not one fits all. Like most dieticians you favor low fat, which takes away fat and adds all kinds of unhealthy sugars and fillers. Learn about the science behind the diets before suggesting they are unhealthy. Lots has changed over the years. Cut out the unhealthy carbs, processed foods and low fat versions.

    1. Leslie, thank you for your comment. However, I do not favor a low fat diet. I believe in a clean eating plan that offers healthy fats, clean protein, and smart carbs. There is no one diet that fits all people, but there are healthy eating guidelines that I think apply to most people.
