Kale Chips

Crispy, Lemony, and very addicting!

  • 1 bunch kale, washed and leaves removed from center rib
  • sea salt
  • olive oil spray
  • fresh lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil and coat with olive oil cooking spray. Lay kale leaves on the baking sheets and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Be careful, it can burn quickly, so watch them closely. Remove from oven when crisp. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Enjoy.
