If you’re looking to spice up your cooking, mix up those same old recipes, and try out some ideas that are both nutritious AND delicious, then you’ve got to come to cooking class!
Each month there are two classes to choose from (both with the same menu) – a Thursday night and a Friday lunch-time class. Bring your nutrition and cooking questions, appetite, and sense of humor, as there’s always something wickedly funny happening!

Class size limit: 8 people, so rsvp as soon as possible!
